We offer a variety of affordable fee arrangements depending on the nature of your needs. Typically, we endeavor to structure a flat-fee for services or a retainer-type of fee arrangement.

Some legal situations do not lend themselves to a flat fee arrangement and in those circumstances an hourly fee of $250 per hour will be charged, and a deposit towards the fee arrangement will be required at the time we are retained. Please note, however, that your case will be handled by both associates, but you will only be charged for one hourly rate.

Debt and Judgment Collection cases are based on a contingency fee arrangement of 25%. You pay only if we are successful in collecting on your judgments. Costs are paid by the client and an initial deposit to cover these fees is collected at the outset. While many other firms do not require you to pay your costs up-front for collection matters, their contingency fee percentage is much higher, anywhere from 30% to 40%. This means you will ultimately receive less money for your judgment because, generally, the amount of costs charged to you in connection with the recovery are minimal.
